Ranjan Mistry is a 25-year-old Indian social entrepreneur and a serial social entrepreneur from Bihar. He is known for his dedication and commitment to the development of Bihar and has been recognized at national and international levels for his work. He has been nominated for Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 and is a finalist. He is the founder of various initiatives such as Plant Eco Circle, Startup City, and Campus Varta. He is also the co-founder of Skill Minds Foundation and Your Story Ambassador in Bihar. Mr. Mistry is mostly known for designing an entrepreneurial atmosphere in Bihar and bringing education to 10 Naxal-affected villages of Gaya. He has inspired millions of youths across the country with his work. He launched a program called Nxt100, in which he will make 100 entrepreneurs and personally mentor and guide them at no cost. In his new leadership role as a Strategic Advisor and Board Member at Legal Salah, a Kolkata-based legal-tech startup, he is responsible for the expansion and growth of the company in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities of India. He will strategize the direction of technology development, brand value, rural penetration, and expansion within Legal Salah’s and its group companies, while introducing emerging technologies to improve legal services outcomes and efficiency in support of the company’s long-term goals. Legal Salah raised $1 million in a seed funding round led by I2I Capitals, a family fund that comprises angel investors. Mr. Mistry is a graduate of Dexterity School of Entrepreneurship and Leadership and has an Executive MBA in Technology-Based Entrepreneurship Development from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He also has a High School degree in Science from Bhuwaneshwari Dayal High School and a High School degree in School Curriculum from New Delhi Public School. He has experience in Computer Vision and has been working in the field for 5.78 years. He has also founded Ridek, India’s most trusted ridesharing service for women, and mentored at Bala Vikasa International Centre. He is currently writing a book called "What's the Future of Entrepreneurship in Bihar?" and has launched his new project known as Next100 Startups in Bihar.
