Ranjith Ammu is an experienced Senior Human Resources Executive with over 8 years of experience in the field. Currently, he is working at Hyper Thread Solutions Pvt. Ltd where he is responsible for recruitment and selection, induction process, employee personal files, training and development, MIS management, employee engagement, employee grievances, and exit process. He ensures smooth execution of the training plan and identifies training needs for employees. He also maintains records of internal and external training and maintains MIS relevant to employee recruitment. Prior to this, Ranjith worked at TV2Z where he was a Senior Executive Human Resources. TV2Z offers businesses tools to launch and grow their own multi-screen OTT VOD solution across multiple platforms. Ranjith was responsible for HR functions and was involved in maintaining a flexible and end-to-end OTT solution starting from content management, live/VOD encoding, multi-platform, support for different monetization models, user management, content delivery, adaptive bit rate, DRM, media player, data analytics, personalization engine, and integration to multiple third-party software. Ranjith also worked at ESN Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd as an HR Executive. The company provides world-class software and information technology services to clients across the globe. Ranjith completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in 2011. He is skilled in web, Android, mobile, iOS, integration, and infra.
