Ranjith Chaz is an entrepreneurial-minded professional with over 13 years of varied experience in the technology industry. As the Chief Technology Officer at Linways Technologies, he is responsible for building highly accountable purpose-driven engineering teams. Ranjith has experience in being the first employee and setting up the culture of a company. He has a strong attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfection. Prior to his role at Linways, Ranjith worked as an Engineering Manager at Atlassian, leading a mobile team of four developers in the IT solutions team contributing to two products - OpsGenie and Jira Service Management. He built and executed the feature roadmap working along with product, design, and engineering and managed the growth of team members by identifying and creating opportunities. He also worked with other teams in the larger domain within the organization and helped the team achieve goals. Ranjith recruited culturally fit, strong engineers for the company. Ranjith also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Hubbler, a cloud-based platform that helps organizations easily build, manage, and deploy web and mobile application workflows and dashboards offering real-time business information to improve productivity along with an intra-organization social medium for enhanced collaboration and engagement. As the first employee, he wore multiple hats, including that of a CTO, Lead Developer, Product Manager, and Engineering Manager. He built the core team along with the founder and directly interacted with customers routinely. He led an engineering team of around 20 members and translated product strategies into detailed requirements. He scoped and prioritized features based on business and customer impact and analyzed and made adjustments to the product and product strategy. Ranjith also set up agile practices with scrum executing engineering deliverables and wrote and maintained content for the Hubbler application, its website, and app stores. Ranjith holds a PG Diploma in Computer Programming from the Advanced Computing Training School and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Jyothi Engineering College. He completed his 11th and 12th grades from St. Thomas College HSS, Thrissur, Kerala, and his Class 10 from Govt. Model Boys HSS, Thrissur.
