Currently serving as the Vice President of Debt Syndication at Finnovation Tech Solutions, she has previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Honeywell, where she honed her skills in investment banking and M&A. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Ranu has been involved in several high-profile deals, including the sell-side execution team advising one of the world's largest express delivery companies valued at $4.8bn in Apr-2015 and the team involved in raising €3bn acquisition financing for a leading European provider of monitored alarm solutions in Oct-2015. She has also had the opportunity to relocate to the London office for a short-term assignment consecutively for two years, where she worked closely with senior bankers and assisted them in managing transactions and other deal-related activities. Ranu's educational background is equally impressive, having earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2014 and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2010. She also completed her XII from St. Xavier's Senior Secondary School, Jaipur, India, with a focus on science.
