With over 4 years of relevant experience, Rariyang has a strong background in software engineering, having previously worked as a Software Engineer for Loan IQ and IPB at JP Morgan. In her current role as an Application Developer for Loan IQ, she is responsible for developing and maintaining applications critical to the bank's loan servicing business. Rariyang holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Software Engineering from Kalasalingam University. She also attended Little Flower Convent HR.Sec School for the Deaf in Chennai, where she developed her passion for technology. In addition to her technical skills, Rariyang is an advocate for diversity and inclusion.
