Rasagy Sharma is an experienced Product Designer with over a decade of expertise in the field of Information Design. He is passionate about making data-heavy products more engaging and user-friendly. Currently, he is working with Sundial, where he is focused on enabling teams to discover insights about their product's growth and narrating engaging stories that drive org-wide actions towards sustainable growth. Prior to joining Sundial, Rasagy worked as a Principal Information Designer at Gramener, where he led the design practice, managed a small 10-member design team, and applied data storytelling to business problems. He also facilitated collaboration between clients, designers, and developers. In his free time, Rasagy loves to sketchnote talks, create art using data and code, and support design communities through speaking, teaching, and volunteering. Rasagy holds a Masters in Design from the National Institute of Design, where he specialized in Information & Interface Design. He also has a BE (Hons) degree in HCI, Mobile Interfaces, Computer Science, and Creative Multimedia from BITS. He completed his schooling from Delhi Public School, where he studied Computer Science, English, Physics, Math, and Chemistry. Rasagy's expertise as a designer and product designer is reflected in his relevant experience of 8.69 years. He is skilled in data visualization, UX design, and data storytelling. Rasagy's past work experience includes being the Head of Design (Interim) at Gramener, where he managed the team of 10 designers, focusing on career growth & goal setting for individuals, and aligning the right designers with the client engagements. He also led the Design CoE activities, from smaller sessions on improving design aesthetics to larger data storytelling trainings.
