Rasesh Shah is a seasoned Chief Information Officer (CIO) with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. He is a technologist with a strong focus on business outcomes and brings a unique blend of business acumen and technology skills to incubate and scale capability and delivery teams. Currently, Rasesh serves as the Senior Vice President and CIO at Fractal Analytics, where he is responsible for transforming the way business is done by implementing systems and processes within the organization. Throughout his career, Rasesh has demonstrated his expertise in delivery management, incubating and scaling up capability and delivery centers and teams, MSA negotiations, and setting up and operationalizing enterprise-wide systems. Some of his key achievements include scaling up delivery teams from 50 people to 250+ in a short span of 18 months for a CPG major account, incubating the Big Data and Visualization practice to 50 people, and scaling up the infrastructure based on SASE framework + Zero Trust Network Architecture. Rasesh's digitalization strategy is based on three pillars: employee experience, operational effectiveness, and client experience. He has led the charge in expanding Fractal's infrastructure to the cloud (Azure, AWS, and GCP), migrating to SASE and Zero Trust Network Architecture environment, and setting up an internal security operation team and an outsourced 24x7 SOC monitoring team. He has also automated manual tasks to enable scale and improve employee experience. Rasesh holds a Master of Arts in Management Studies from NMIMS and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from RAIT. He completed his secondary education from St. Xavier's High School. Rasesh is well-versed in technologies such as Big Data, infra, AWS, AI, DevOps, Azure, GCP, integration, ML, and Javascript. Rasesh is most energized when coaching and mentoring his teams for success and exploring new unchartered territories. He has worked at Fractal Analytics for over a decade and has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Big Data and Visualization Practice Head and Senior Vice President of Key Accounts and Operations.
