Rashid Shaikh is a seasoned Tech Consultant with more than 10 years of experience working in various IT sectors, including Biometrics, SSO, Chat Applications, Desktop Applications, SaaS-based products, and more. Currently, he is working with BitBute as a Technology Consultant, where he is helping to build AR/VR tech and executing a SaaS delivery no-code editor for WebAR applications. Rashid specializes in AWS Solutions Architect, Engineering & Product Management for building & scaling enterprise solutions. He has experience in building Virtual Tryon using Google's mediapipe Face Tracking TensorFlow model, Web-based Virtual Tour Solution for Real Estate Applications, and WebAR campaigning solutions for immersive social campaigns. In his previous role at Alertive Healthcare, Rashid collaborated with the CTO and other stakeholders to design and architect a Remote Patient Monitoring platform. The platform was built on AWS as a serverless architecture using Node/Typescript language. He ensured architecture to be a secure platform with HIPAA compliance to address patient data privacy and US government regulations. The platform had the capability to support 100K+ patients and generally got a DAU of 4K+. He built and led an engineering team of 14, which included FE, BE, QA. Rashid has a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Mumbai University.
