Rashmi is an experienced Engineer at ANZ with a strong background in Java/JEE technologies. With over 9 years of relevant experience, she has a proven ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies. Rashmi is proficient in development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, and has strong problem-solving and technical skills coupled with clear decision-making. Rashmi's expertise lies in Java Backend and Frontend. She is experienced in designing Web services (REST, SOAP), and has a strong knowledge and understanding of data modeling concepts, UML diagrams, and various types of Design patterns. Rashmi is a team player and individual contributor, making her a valuable asset to any team. Prior to joining ANZ, Rashmi worked at Cognizant as a Senior Associate and at PTS Consulting Services as a Technical Lead. She has a Master of Computer Applications degree from BIT, completed in 2008, and a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from BIT, completed in 2004. Rashmi's technical skills include Backend, Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Frontend, Web, and Senior Software Engineer.
