Rashmi Baheti is a skilled Frontend web developer with over 3 years of industry experience in JavaScript, React, Redux, ES6, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS. She is currently working as a Software Engineer (Frontend) at Synthego Corporation, where she is responsible for building user-friendly UIs. Rashmi is passionate about learning new technologies and always strives to stay updated with the latest trends in the industry. In her previous role at Alkira, Inc., Rashmi was a part of the frontend team that built and maintained the web app that customers interact with to provision and configure networking services. She also built an internal devops portal that SREs use to configure customer deployments. Rashmi has experience working with UX designers, product managers, backend teams, and testing automation teams as part of the full lifecycle of feature development. Her tech stack includes JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, Material-UI, AG-Grid, Lodash, Cypress, etc. Rashmi has also worked as a Front-End Developer at Datawheel, where she built the Authority Health website from scratch. She developed over 30 React components used in the website, added missing APIs to the backend, and communicated with the client to gather requirements and feedback. She has also helped build the UI for a soon-to-be-launched website that shows various trends in technology based on GitHub data. Rashmi has experience using React, Redux, D3plus, Blueprint JS, NodeJS, and Canon for building websites.
