Currently, Rashmi is the Lead Talent Acquisition at LeadSquared, one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the CRM space. With more than 1700 customers and 200,000+ users across the globe, LeadSquared empowers organizations with the power of automation. As an Unicorn with 1300+ employees spread across India, the U.S, Middle East, ASEAN, ANZ, and South Africa, Rashmi is responsible for hiring top talent for the Product/Engineering & Professional Services Team. Prior to joining LeadSquared, Rashmi worked as a Recruitment Analyst at Trigent Software Inc and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Silfra Technologies. In these roles, she gained valuable experience in recruiting, sourcing, and managing talent across different industries. Rashmi holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science/Studies from the National Institute of Engineering and also studied Information Science at The Oxford College of Education. She is proficient in a range of technologies, including Javascript, test, iOS, NodeJS, ReactJS, and Android. When she's not recruiting, Rashmi enjoys listening to music, watching series, and reading novels.
