Rashmi Jadhav is a Senior Software Engineer at Visa with over 5 years of experience in the software industry. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Oregon State University, where she is exploring ML/AI and researching in the field of effective learning over relational databases at the OSU IDEA Lab. Rashmi is a skilled software engineer with expertise in AI, web development, and the Java programming language. Rashmi is a founding member of Lean2Lead Pune, a community of over 400 individuals inspired by Sheryl Sandberg's book Lean In (Women, Work, and the Will to Lead). She is also a curator at TEDxOregonStateU 2020 and an active member of ACM-W (Association for Computing Machinery - Women's Chapter) and Grad-SWE (Society of Women Engineers). Rashmi has worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oregon State University, where she taught and graded assignments for courses such as CS 461, CS 462, CS 463 Software Engineering Project, CS 467 Online Capstone Project, and CS 290 Web Development. She has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at eQ Technologic, where she released the links feature in eQube®-BI to facilitate inter-product links for 10 widgets by gathering requirements, writing user stories, design document, sequence diagrams, test cases, and coding the approved design during a 3-month sprint adhering to test-driven agile software development. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from the College of Engineering Pune and a Junior College degree in Electronics from Fergusson College. She is proficient in a variety of tech stacks, including software engineering, web development, AI, ML, Javascript, Java, and Spring. Overall, Rashmi is a talented software engineer with a passion for learning and contributing to the community.
