Rashmi Jahagirdar is an accomplished Global Head of Engineering in Fraud Technology at Barclaycards, with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. She is a proven leader in delivering complex testing programs involving large global teams covering both business and technology disciplines. Her expertise in ideation, team motivation, Working Out Loud, and Agile methods enables her to drive innovation and deliver tangible results. Rashmi holds an Engineer degree in computers with double post-graduation with MS in Software & telecommunication from BITS Pilani and MBA International business from University Of Pune. She is also a certified Data Analyst from IIM Rohtak. Rashmi has been involved in several successful strategic testing programs at a number of Tier 1 investment banks. Apart from her professional work, Rashmi is passionate about networking and is a mentor, motivational speaker, and speaker at B-school and engineering colleges. She has also attended technical conferences and is part of ABI core Pune circle and consultant to Women Who Code in Pune. Rashmi's current role is as the Global Head of Engineering, Fraud Technology at Barclays. Prior to this, she was the Director of Fraud Technology- India at Barclay Cards and Head of QA and DevOps - BUK Tech India at Barclays. Her technical skills include Senior Software Engineer, test, qa, and DevOps.
