Rashmi Kewlani is a Senior Software Security Engineer at Informatica, with over 4.77 years of relevant experience in the field. She has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Engineering from Nirma University. At her current company, Rashmi has deployed the tool for CA based public key SSH Authentication for cloud instances across AWS, GCP, and Azure into a CICD pipeline. She is also working on automating SOC2 security compliance evidence collection using Drata, Python, and AWS Lambda. In her previous role as a Software Security Engineer at Informatica, Rashmi worked with security tools to implement automated external and agent-based vulnerability scanning for server nodes. She implemented the base for CA based public key SSH Authentication for cloud instances used by Informatica across AWS, GCP, and Azure to eliminate the use of shared credentials and ensure accountability. Rashmi has also conducted Pen-Testing of web applications, thick client tools developed by the company by utilizing tools like Burp Suite, Wireshark, etc. She has conducted static code scans, dynamic application scans, and third-party library scans using tools like Veracode, Blackduck HUB, Qualys WAS, etc. and analyzed the results to remediate the vulnerability issues for the product. In her previous role as an Assistant System Engineer at TCS, Rashmi was involved in Oracle Forms and Oracle Retail Merchandising System development, PL/SQL development, and designing interfaces for efficient database management in Retail Merchandising System using PL/SQL and Oracle Forms. Rashmi's tech stack includes AWS, Azure, GCP, SQL, Python, and web technologies. As a research scientist, she is always eager to learn and explore new technologies and tools to enhance her skills and knowledge.
