Rashmi Nandan is a Co-Founder of Zapprep Education, a mobile app-based tutor marketplace company that caters to job seeker students, students in school, college, and universities preparing for various tests. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Rashmi is passionate about interacting with colleges, universities, and corporate representatives to engage with Zapprep. Prior to Zapprep, Rashmi co-founded Refer Me, a job portal that connects employees of companies with job seekers for job referrals. She expanded recruitment services for job seekers via other regular and existing recruitment channels. Rashmi also worked as a Software Engineer at HCL, where she was responsible for automation testing using QTP and manual testing of OPICS, a product by MISYS used by major investment banks for their financial transactions. She worked on major modules such as FX, SWAPS, REPO, and FI. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology. She also attended Ram Mohun Roy Seminary. Her tech stack includes mobile, test, and software engineering.
