Rashmi Ranjan is an accomplished Product Manager with over 9 years of experience in prototyping, designing, and developing software. As a Product Manager, he has been responsible for strategy and execution of product roadmaps, new product introductions, product launch, and growth. Rashmi has expertise in machine learning and NLP-based products and has worked with globally distributed teams in India, Sweden, and the USA, practicing SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. Rashmi has led an innovation team and used design thinking and rapid prototyping to come up with innovative ideas worth millions. He has been recognized for his contributions to the development of a rule-based recommendation engine with Verizon achievement award by CEO, India. Currently, Rashmi is working as a Product Manager at Visa, where he is responsible for scaling and growing the Visa acceptance platform for merchants, resellers, and acquirers/banks. He has also previously worked as a Technical Product Manager at Visa and a Product Manager at Milestone, where he managed a SaaS-based platform to manage brand consistent FAQ content of businesses across website, Google My business, voice assistant, and dialog-flow based chatbot. Rashmi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA - PGPM) in Information Management and General Management from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. He has also completed an Advanced Program in Information Management for Business Excellence from Texas McCombs School of Business.
