Rashmi Shenoy is a seasoned Tech Recruiting Leader with over 18 years of industry experience, including 14+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition. She is currently the Tech Recruiting Leader for APAC at Zoom Video Communications, where she was the first employee of the ZVC Tech center in India, hired, developed, and mentored a high-performing recruiting team of 7 members across India, Singapore, and the UK. She is responsible for spearheading tech talent acquisition for India, Singapore, and Germany. Rashmi has extensive experience in hiring for various domains, including E-commerce, High technology System and Application software development, Engineering management and leadership, Sales, Marketing, and other corporate functions. She has conceptualized and implemented robust and highly successful college recruiting programs. She has worked with various companies in the past, including Cleartrip, where she was the Head of Recruitment responsible for end-to-end Talent acquisition globally. She built the hiring process for Technology from scratch with a key focus on candidate experience and conceptualized and executed internship and campus hiring programs for both Tech and B-schools. She successfully evaluated and implemented the ATS for India and MENA region, designed workflows, and process adherence. She also worked closely with the marketing team to improve the employer and talent brand for Cleartrip. Rashmi has also worked as an Entrepreneur at Peoplelogic Business Solutions, where she set up Corporate learning services BU and brought it to recurring revenue and growth stage. She initiated various employee engagement activities to improve morale, drive internal skill and talent building activities through TNA and specific training interventions, built process, and ensured all HR administration activities are as per legal and organizational requirements. She also built and managed the organization-wide performance management system and hired for various leadership positions across business functions and practices. Rashmi has a background in software engineering and completed her education from St Agnes Girls High School Mangalore.
