Rashmikiran Pandit is a pre-final year Computer Science and Engineering undergrad pursuing a Bachelor's of Technology at IIT ISM Dhanbad. With a strong educational background, Rashmikiran is a tech enthusiast with in-depth knowledge of data structures and algorithms. She has hands-on experience in sports programming and Android app development and loves to learn new technologies and build stuff to explore avenues to improve existing systems and invent solutions to real-life problems. Apart from her technical skills, Rashmikiran is a well-rounded individual who enjoys reading books, writing philosophies, and painting portraits. She is also an active member of the ACM Association for Computing Machinery and currently serves as the Sponsorship Team Head. In the past, she has been a member of Women Techmakers Hyderabad and attended the Uber She++ program as one of the top 50 girls selected across the top colleges in India. Rashmikiran's educational history includes a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Dhanbad, where she is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree. She also holds a 12th HSC degree from Ramanand Aryas D.A.V College of Commerce Arts and Science and a 10th CBSE degree from Arya Gurukul. With 1.20 years of relevant experience, Rashmikiran's tech stack includes Software Engineering and Android development. She is a former intern at Google and has participated in GHCI'21.
