He has a strong background in performance tuning and diagnosing system bottlenecks through root cause analysis, EC2, and MySQL database administration concepts and performance tuning. He also has a basic understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/UDP, HTTP, and DNS. Rashmiranjan has extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and can diagnose and fix complex issues surrounding hardware, software, and network issues. He is well-versed in cloud services such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, virtual networking, VPN, and CDN. He has experience with scripting languages such as Python and Java, build automation, and continuous integration/delivery processes and tools such as GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Selenium, and jmeter.
