Throughout her career, Ratika has gained extensive knowledge in Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET C#, VB 6.0, classic ASP, and Microsoft SQL Server. She is a quick learner and always strives to gain complete application knowledge in terms of technical as well as functional perspective. Currently, Ratika is responsible for leading the customer care team at Aircall, where she has been instrumental in managing support activities, developing enhancements, and resolving customer issues. Prior to joining Aircall, she worked as a Specialist App Ops Engineer at Condeco and as a Software Engineer at HCL.
