He is currently the Co-Founder of Fundflo Technologies, a company that aims to transform the working capital cycle of businesses by digitizing the B2B supply chain ecosystem. Rattan is an experienced executive, entrepreneur, and change agent with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience and achieving significant cost reduction by transforming business operations with effective use of technology, streamlined processes, and best people practices. He is equally comfortable working in start-ups as well as complex multinational organizations. Rattan's specialties include scaling businesses, technology, operations, digitization, offshoring and outsourcing, HR, financial services, program management, training, and mentoring. He has worked with companies such as Times Internet, Standard Chartered, and Fidelity Investments. In his previous role as the Chief People Officer at Times Internet, Rattan was responsible for building a work environment that fosters innovation and focuses on organizational design that supports the rapid growth of the business. He served as a strategic partner to senior management in achieving their business objectives, including organization building, operational maturity, productivity, and talent development. He also implemented an effective digital strategy for the people function, including HRMS, AI, data-analytics, and integration with existing systems. Prior to that, Rattan was the Principal Consultant at Skope Business Consulting Private Limited, where he provided leadership and strategic direction to multi-location global HR shared services with a team of 600+ employees. His extensive experience in technology, operations, and finance enabled him to drive significant process re-engineering and implement global enterprise solutions required to effectively manage operations across 50 countries. Rattan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from the University of Poona and has attended Kendriya Vidyalaya. His tech stack includes AI and integration.
