At Samsung, he led a cross-functional team of 7 senior managers in the design and implementation of the first Samsung Plug and Play Mobile Solution, led a 50-member global team across multiple departments through product requirements gathering, design, development, and improvement of the reliability of the Samsung 4G Dual SIM Solution by 40%, and worked with software, engineering, test, commercialization teams and the executive in product requirements gathering, design and development of the first Samsung 4G Dual SIM Solution. Ravi holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from York University - Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from the International Institute of Information Technology. He also has a High School degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Sri Chaitanya Co-Operative Junior College and a Matriculation degree from St. Anthony's High School.
