At Jindal India Thermal Power Limited, Ravi worked as a Senior Engineer and managed recruitment by sourcing the best talent from diverse sources. He conducted Orientation programs for new hires and organized kick-off meetings with vendors and O&M contractors to prioritize their job assignments. Ravi's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in HR and Admin from TISS, a Post Graduate Program in HR Leadership from the School of Inspired Leadership, and a PG in Thermal Power Technology from Jindal Institute of Power Technology. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus.
