Ravi Chaudhary is a highly skilled and experienced Head of Technology at WareIQ, a modern e-commerce fulfillment engine designed for speed. With nearly 5 years of relevant experience in the industry, Ravi is always excited to work on challenging problems and acquire new skills. He is an expert in working with highly scalable and reliable systems and is currently working on fixing India's e-commerce fulfillment stack at WareIQ through technology excellence. In his current role, Ravi is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the tech architecture for WareIQ's e-fulfillment solution. This solution connects a network of pan-India fulfillment centers, urban dark stores, 3PLs, and on-demand shipping to enable guaranteed 2-day delivery at 90% of pin codes. He is also working on an omnichannel fulfillment platform that allows large retailers to offer online order fulfillment through their network of offline stores, warehouses, and dark stores. Before joining WareIQ, Ravi worked as a Software Engineer at Draup, a decision sciences company that builds AI-based platforms to help global HR teams systematize data-driven decision making. He was an early tech hire in the company with a charter to build the backend system. Ravi also worked as a Summer Research Intern at National Tsing Hua University, where he compared iron and oxygen abundances for the first time for GRB host galaxies (GRB 980425 and 080517) based on the emission-line diagnostics. He published his research findings in The Astrophysical Journal. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He is skilled in AI, software engineering, research science, and backend development. Ravi is a motivated and dedicated individual who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow.
