Ravi Gopane is a civil engineer turned recruiter with a specialization in concrete and cement. He has worked on multiple products such as lightweight concrete, fiber concrete, high-density concrete, pervious concrete, and green concrete. Ravi's expertise lies in improving the modulus of elasticity of concrete with different grades, cementitious, admixture, and fibers for high grades up to M100 Grade. He has conducted successful trials for light-weight concrete and permeable concrete within a span of just two weeks.
