He also worked at cult.fit as a People Practice Leader, where he led HR for an operating business with a workforce of over 10,000 employees across 20+ cities in India. Under his leadership, cult.fit consistently achieved employee NPS of 70+ and had the lowest attrition rate across the industry. Ravi holds a Dual Degree in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and has relevant experience of 17.28 years.
