Ravi Janapureddy is an accomplished entrepreneur, engineer, and ex-management consultant with over a decade of professional experience. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of RCube Health, a mission-driven company focused on democratizing access to evidence-based mental health support. Ravi has a proven track record of leadership initiatives across a wide range of domains, including retail, telecom, transport, financial services, and social media. He is a certified PMP and Professional Scrum Master with a core interest in digital health, mental health, human well-being, data science, and the latest disruptive technologies to empower mankind. Ravi's entrepreneurial initiatives include a biotech firm, farm-to-fork implementation, perinatal mental health service, and workplace well-being product. He has also created a mobile app called Resony that helps users measure and manage stress and anxiety. Before founding RCube Health, Ravi worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Zinc VC, where he was on a mission to improve the emotional and mental health of women and girls. He was part of two initiatives: improving mental health for women in the perinatal phase and developing a work-place well-being solution to reduce chronic stress and eliminate burnout.
