Ravi Luhadiya is a highly experienced engineering leader with over 20 years of expertise in building large distributed software products in various environments, including web, cloud, and on-premise. As the Director of Engineering at Cohesity, he brings his strong leadership and management skills to lead high-performing software product development teams. Ravi has a proven track record of success in his previous roles, including Senior Director of Engineering at Qubole, where he led teams responsible for building applications, APIs, and SDKs in the control plane. He also championed software engineering best practices like code reviews, unit tests, automated tests, and continuous integration. Ravi implemented a new software development and QA process across Qubole, which significantly improved the stability of Qubole releases while reducing the time to market. He also delivered two new products (Pipelines, Cost Explorer) and many new features and tools. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an MBA from Northeastern University - Graduate School of Business Administration. He possesses a diverse tech stack that includes QA, AWS, Web, CI/CD, Big Data, ETL, Azure, GCP, Integration, UI, Backend, and Software Engineering.
