Ravi Pasupuleti is a seasoned global technology executive with over 29 years of experience leading and growing complex businesses. As the Managing Director of Global Technology at JP Morgan Chase, Ravi is responsible for driving the modernization of legacy mainframe and progress applications to Microservices on Cloud. He is also the India Head of Consumer Lending Technology, overseeing the Credit Card, Home Lending, and Auto Loan technology platforms. Ravi has a well-rounded experience in Software Engineering, Infrastructure management, and Operations across Digital, Payments, Data, Call Centers, and Core banking domains. He is an expert in setting and executing strategy, organizational transformations, optimizing total cost of ownership, and attracting and developing diverse talent. Prior to his current role, Ravi served as the Tech Center Lead for one of the largest hubs across JP Morgan Chase, enabling Global Technology strategy and attracting & developing diverse talent. He also served as the Managing Director, India Head of Operations Technology, managing technology supporting one of the largest and complex contact center platforms including Voice technologies, Documentum, Pega BPM, and developing IT applications across Fraud, Risk, Collections, Servicing, Payments, and Disputes functions. Ravi holds a Master of Engineering degree in Machine Design and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University. He has expertise in infra, Microservices, and ML. Overall, Ravi is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong track record of delivering business value through technology innovation and transformation.
