Ravi is a CISSP and ISO 27001 certified information Security professional, and he has worked directly with CISOs and Senior client leadership during his 4-year tenure in the USA. He has managed a portfolio of 100 applications for making them compliant as per FFIEC guidelines and designed and developed Identity and Access management solutions for leading multinational clients. His experience in requirement gathering/analysis, effort estimation, cost/benefit analysis, and project management, business use case definition, design and implementation of Oracle Identity Manager Integrations with multiple applications (SOX/Non-SOX) for identity lifecycle management is unparalleled. Ravi has also led a large technical team from onsite for complex projects with very aggressive timelines. He worked extensively on Oracle Identity Manager 11g, Oracle SOA 11g, and web services. Ravi has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master's degree in Mathematics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also has experience working as a Developer Intern at JDA Software, where he created enhancements for bulk data uploads, error correction workflow, and clear UI design.
