Ravi Singhal is an accomplished technology executive with over 12 years of experience in driving digital transformation strategy for multiple customers. He is a leader who transforms business services by driving innovation in their journey of technology, data, and operational excellence, with a focus on elevating the holistic customer experience and engagement. Ravi has led the vision, strategy, and implementation of omni-channel platforms and API capabilities stack for a big financial client, resulting in a cost saving of $100mil+ over three years. He has also successfully delivered data transformation initiatives for order management systems from legacy mainframe to SAP systems. Currently, Ravi is leading the API and MuleSoft practice at xscion solutions as a Cloud & API Strategist, focusing on digital and omni-channel strategy. Ravi's key accomplishments include architecting and advisory services for creating a Center for Enablement (C4E) for customer onboarding and providing self-service capabilities via API Platform. He has delivered strategy and road maps for cloud, integration, web, and mobile initiatives, and led DevOps efforts that support pioneering multi-million modernization projects using microservices, containerization, and orchestration. Ravi has also developed emerging technologies architecture strategy and road maps, delivered migration strategies for on-premise applications to cloud (AWS and Azure), and built detailed migration proof of technologies for on-premise to cloud migration and managed APIs for accessing cloud services. Prior to xscion solutions, Ravi has worked as a Technology Strategist at Tubbr and as a Principal - EAIS, MuleSoft, API, Microservices (Omnichannel Strategy) at Infosys. At Infosys, he drove digital transformation by utilizing omni-channel API strategy for a big financial client, established new partnerships and collaboration, and redefined the value proposition for the end consumer. He led the strategy and implementation of reusable frameworks and patterns for transitioning from legacy to API-led models, realizing cost savings of $100mil over the next 3-5 years. Ravi holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and has a tech stack that includes mobile, web, AWS, microservices, DevOps, Azure, and integration.
