Ravi Tirumalaraju is a seasoned software delivery and practice leader with over 23 years of experience in driving digital transformation through data analytics, AI, cloud, and mobility. He is currently the Co-founder and Technology and Delivery Management at smartrin technology labs, where he is responsible for technical solutioning, delivery management, strategy, scaling, and partnerships. Ravi has a proven track record of leading product engineering teams and setting up Mobility/Connected Centers of Excellence (CoE). During his tenure as the Director of Mobility/Connected CoE at Honeywell, he led the development of flagship products such as Lyric, TotalConnect, and MaxPro Cloud. He also oversaw the hiring, mentoring, and appraisals of his CoE team, as well as worked closely with various vendors for resource scale-up/down. Ravi is also experienced in data insights and analytics through usage stats and pattern by end-user device/apps. As the General Manager and Head of India Office at Mutual Mobile, Ravi was responsible for complete India operations, delivery, P&L, hiring, compliance, and branding/marketing. He led the setting up of a brand new Mutual Mobile 2.0 office in Hyderabad and encouraged innovation and awareness through various technology events such as Hackathons, Tech sessions, meetups, etc. Ravi holds a one-year duration General Management, Strategy, and Operations degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Managing Business in the Global Context degree from ESCP Europe. He also has a Masters Degree in Computers from Osmania University and is certified in Data Science with a focus on AI (Machine Learning, Deep Learning) from UPX Academy (a Tech Mahindra division). Ravi's technical expertise includes AI and DevOps, and he has a strong passion for driving digital transformation through emerging technologies.
