Ravichandra Reddy is an experienced Audio DSP Engineer with a strong background in Audio/Voice Signal Processing Research, Development & Implementation. He is an expert in Post-Processing algorithms and is familiar with various Machine Learning Algorithms Implementations by employing specific DSP platform coding technologies. Ravichandra has extensive experience in Audio DSP algorithms development, DSP firmware development and optimization for RISC / CISC / VLIW DSPs, Fixed-Point coding development for 16/24/32 bit DSP architectures, and Codecs porting, profiling and memory / MIPS optimization. He specializes in Audio Codecs such as MP3, AAC, WMA, Ogg-Vorbis and MPEG-2 BC, Audio Post-Processing including Dolby Volume, DRC, SRC, Bass Management, Bass-Boost, Equalizer, Audio SRC-Mixer, Up-Matrixing and Dither, Channel Communication coding such as Convolution Encoding, Viterbi Decoding, Reed-Solomon Codec and Interleaving and De-Interleaving Techniques, and Core DSP Algorithms such as DSP Basics, MDCT, FFT, FIR/IIR Filtering Theory, Analysis/Synthesis Filterbanks, Multi-Rate Signal Processing. Ravichandra has experience with different DSP Processor architectures including C54x, C55x, C64x, C67x+, ARM series, Tensilica's Xtensa and Toshiba's MeP, AVC2 co-processor.
