He is currently working as a Technical Specialist at HCL, where he is responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Python/Django, microservices, RestAPI, Spark, and ETL. Throughout his career, Ravindra has demonstrated expertise in Android, Python, Django, NodeJS, SIP, VOIP, XMPP, Indoor Navigation, Augmented Reality (AR), and API development. He has a strong track record of designing and delivering complex projects, leading teams, and providing technical support to his colleagues. Ravindra has worked with several top-tier companies, including Careers360 and Mobimedia Technology Services India. At Careers360, he served as a Technical Lead and managed a team of six people. He was responsible for managing JIRA sprints, gathering requirements from the product team, estimating tasks, and creating release plans. He also provided technical support to his team, reviewed code, and managed GIT pull requests. At Mobimedia Technology Services India, Ravindra served as a Module Lead and designed project architectures in Android.
