Ravindra Yadav is a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer with over 9 years of experience in supporting, automating, and optimizing mission-critical deployments in the hybrid cloud environment, leveraging configuration management, CI/CD, and DevOps processes. He is currently working as a Technical Lead at IBM India Pvt Ltd, where he is responsible for leading the cloud engineering team and providing technical guidance to the team members. Ravindra has extensive experience in supporting and troubleshooting issues related to container-based platforms. He has worked on various projects involving containerization, automation, and migration of workloads from private clouds to public clouds. He has also implemented GitOps using ArgoCD and secret management solutions to resolve the issue of secret management with GitOps and Argo CD. In his current role, Ravindra is part of one of the top Australian Bank's engineering teams responsible for automating the installation/deployment and maintenance of Ab Initio Product Suite in a cloud-based environment. He has closely worked with the Ab Initio development team to automate the building and deployment of the Ab Initio Product suite on AWS EKS Cluster using Helm Chart. He is also part of the team responsible for migrating the workload from Bank's Private Cloud to AWS Outposts. Ravindra has previously worked as a Senior System Engineer - Sr. DevOps Engineer at IBM and as a Solution Lead at Asian Paints. At IBM, he was part of one of the top Australian Bank's DevOps teams responsible for customization and enhancement of existing functionalities of container-based Platform. At Asian Paints, he was part of the development team responsible for creating human-based workflows in the IBM BPM for the Sales & Marketing department, to automate the life cycle management of contractors and dealers. Ravindra holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from SIES College. His technical skills include AWS, DevOps, Java, Spring, Microservices, Web, Jenkins, Spring Boot, CI/CD, Bamboo, Ansible, Javascript, New Relic, Big Data, Redis, MySQL, SQL, Redux, Terraform, Mobile, UI, Backend, and ReactJS.
