Ravish Raj is a seasoned Portfolio Lead with over 10 years of experience in Customer Experience. He is currently working as an Automation Engineer III and CX Portfolio Lead at VMware, where he is responsible for leading the Automation framework of Portal Baseline QA and ensuring quality deliverables signoff by the QA team. Ravish is an expert in Planning, Reporting, Grooming, and Retrospective, and has a diversified domain expertise in Banking, Investment (SWIFT), Cloud Marketing, and CX. In his previous role as a Senior Test Lead at Oracle, Ravish led the QA team in pod to pod migration and was involved in giving demos to customers. He was also the front face of the platform team and reported status to higher management. Ravish has experience working in a SAAS environment in Cloud Marketing, and has expertise in email/SMS/push/InApp campaign testing, downtime testing, and forms testing.
