Ravneet Sandhu is a frontend engineer with a passion for crypto and web3. With over 4 years of experience in the software industry, she has expertise in building multiple web and mobile applications from scratch using React/React Native. Her first love is Javascript & Typescript, but she keeps trying her hands on new technologies. Currently, she is working as the VP of Engineering at Tayze, a crypto payments app that works like a savings account and pays interest on your assets. As a founding member of Tayze, Ravneet is leading the team in ideating, strategizing, and developing the official website and mobile application that helps users to deposit/withdraw/swap/liquidate crypto currencies as well as make peer-to-peer payments using their assets. She has single-handedly architected, developed, and distributed a cross-platform mobile application (based on React Native/Typescript) for her company. Ravneet has also integrated important third-party tools like Appcenter, Mixpanel, Instabug, and Veriff, and implemented critical features for multiple crypto currencies like wallet deposit, wallet withdrawals, wallet swap, wallet liquidation. She has designed and developed an entire chat-based P2P Payments flow in their application with a simple user interface. Prior to Tayze, Ravneet worked as a Software Development Engineer at Hotstar, where she single-handedly implemented and rolled out player changes for the new subscription plans. She also enabled premium video features like 4k, HDR, Dolby Vision on WebOS and Tizen TV impacting millions of users internationally. At Bizongo, as a Software Developer II, Ravneet configured the micro frontend in an external B2B facing application to offer it as a SaaS platform. She also smoothened the process of managing the catalogue of more than 1 lac products and building flows to add more categories/products. Ravneet has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and completed her schooling from Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj.
