Raza Naqvi is an accomplished Engineering Leader with 18 years of experience in the IT industry. He is currently working as a Group Development Manager at Intuit, where he leads a team of passionate engineers. Raza is responsible for building Contact Center Platforms, NextGen collaboration capabilities, and orchestrating seamless customer support experiences. Raza's expertise lies in developing cutting-edge capabilities that span across Voice, Web, Mobile, and Desktop offerings. He has worked on several notable projects, including the Smartlook Collaboration Framework, Amazon Connect and LEX Speech IVR, Contact Center REST Services, and Amazon AppStream. These capabilities are built across React.js, Springboot, Python, Swift, Kotlin, and hosted as a mix of server-less and kubernetes platform on AWS, as well as on iOS and Android Platforms. Raza is a Certified AWS Solutions Architect and SIP Certified Associate. He is passionate about Application Design/Architecture and has influenced/driven the technical design around Amazon Connect, Contact Center Services(Conversations), and Smartlook. He is also passionate about security and has led Threat modelling/Attack Map on various Collaboration capabilities. Prior to his current role, Raza has worked with Intuit as a Senior Development Manager and Staff Software Engineer(Technology Lead). He has also earned several certifications, including Interaction Center Certified Engineer, Certified Scrum Master, Genesys Framework, Genesys Voice Platform, Reporting, and ITIL Certification. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Aligarh Muslim University and has completed his secondary education from Jawaharlal Nehru Higher Secondary School Bhopal.
