Raza Younas is a highly motivated achiever with 8 years of significant, progressive experience in information-technology consulting and developing, focusing on web-based and client/server-based applications, custom development projects, as well as customization of packaged products. He is a creative thinker and analytical problem-solver with demonstrated ability to manage projects from planning through execution/completion under the pressure of fast-paced, time-sensitive environments. Raza is a strong interpersonal communicator who effectively interacts with clients and all levels of management. He has good abilities to research and implement new techniques and technologies in different projects. He is strongly self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to assume responsibility. Raza is technically proficient in gathering business requirements and translating them into software solutions. Currently, Raza is working as a Project Manager at Evento Solutions LLC. He is responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing. In the past, Raza has worked as a Technical Lead at Netwizards LLC, where he led large project teams of 7+ people from requirements-gathering through to implementation and support. He has also worked as a Web Developer/Team Leader at Iqra Millennium University, where he was responsible for the development and administration of the university website. Raza has a PMP Preparation degree from FH Dynamics and a Master of Computer Sciences degree from National College of Computer Sciences. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sciences from Bahauddin Zakariya University. Raza's technical expertise includes web design and development using PHP, ASP, and AJAX, web marketing including email marketing and search engine optimization, web servers including IIS and Apache servers on both Windows & Linux environment, hosting control panels like Helm, Cpanel, and Plesk, and databases including MS SQL and MySQL. Raza is a research scientist, QA, and senior software engineer with 17.54 years of relevant experience. He is currently looking for software engineers to join his team at Evento Solutions LLC.
