With a Master's Degree in Chemistry with Industrial Experience, Rebecca has a unique blend of industry insights and consulting business point of view when problem-solving. Rebecca has worked on several high-impact programmes, including the HS2 project, the COVID-19 National Testing Programme, and for transport clients such as Network Rail. She has also worked for Turner & Townsend as a Cost Engineer committed to delivering Europe's largest Infrastructure Programme, Crossrail, and for KBR as a Senior Specialist in Cost Control and Client Contract Coordinator on a multi-million pound Oil & Gas Project at an offshore construction site in Norway. At Deloitte, Rebecca is part of the Major Programmes Strategic Delivery Office, where she has played a key role in designing the Operating Model on the HS2 project, organising a Strategic Away Day for the Major Programmes leadership team, and pulling together appropriate decks for the leadership team to present at various global internal and external forums to promote the new Major Programmes business. Rebecca's skills include client-facing problem-solving for Operating Model Design, Strategic Delivery Office experience, and project controls.
