Reddy E is a hardworking, realistic, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for utilizing his analytical skills and abilities to achieve professional growth in the software industry. He is currently working as a Strategy Analyst Intern at FedEx Services while pursuing his Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems at the Fogelman College of Business & Economics, University of Memphis. In his current role at FedEx Services, Reddy is responsible for analyzing customer interaction journey by analyzing logs from Emails, IVR, chat, SMS, and calls and analyzing what was their first channel of service and percentage channel switching. He has also written a Python script to follow the customer interaction journey based on the Track number and timestamps and did the analysis on channel switching and channel retention. Reddy is supporting and optimizing Customer services by performing Calls analysis to generate SAP Business Objects Reports on Call Handle Time, Problem resolution rate, and Call Transfer Effectiveness. Reddy has previous experience as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Memphis, where he supported department members with administrative, research, and academic assistance. He has also worked as an SQL Developer Intern at MRIT Solutions, where he developed SQL Queries to fetch complex data from different tables in remote databases using joins, database links, and formatted the results into reports and kept logs. Reddy is experienced in creating SSIS packages using SQL Server Integration Services to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from different sources to target, including data warehouse, Flat files, Excel, OLE DB. He has also built reports using Power BI desktop and deployed to Power BI Service in the cloud and deployed to Internal & external client's workspaces. Reddy has created calculated fields and DAX measures along with the appropriate filters and plotted the measures on the respective graphs using Microsoft Power BI. Reddy's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from CVR College of Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the Fogelman College of Business & Economics, University of Memphis. His tech stack includes SQL, Python, Research Scientist, Data Warehouse, ETL, and Integration. With 2.43 years of relevant experience, Reddy is seeking opportunities in the software industry where he can be resourceful, innovative, and contribute towards the goals of the company.
