Reetam Chatterjee is a skilled front-end JavaScript developer with expertise on MERN stack. He is a full-stack developer at heart with a passion for creating web apps with functional and unique designs. Currently working as an E-Commerce FE developer at Lowe's India on their Canada website, Reetam has deployed multiple consumer-oriented websites and has received multiple awards during his short time span at Lowe's India. He has also been recognized as an Information Security Ambassador at Lowe's. Reetam started his career at Mindtree as an entry-level web developer with expertise on front-end JavaScript-based libraries/frameworks. He gained substantial knowledge on React and Node during his training (MERN stack) and was allocated to a large American Multinational CPG (Consumer Goods) corporation(client) of Mindtree. During his tenure at Mindtree, Reetam developed and deployed 15+ B2C websites built on React (Next.js/Gatsby.js) for several Brands owned by the corporation. He also developed key modules of an Admin Panel UI on React to show data visualization and manage Campaigns/Promotions data. Reetam was the first-ever developer in the project to take initiative on an end-to-end role, from developing UI components with styles to creation of CI/CD pipelines and code deployment to Azure. Reetam has experience in third-party payments integrations like Visa Checkout and PayPal. He has developed various generic components like Carousels, etc. for reuse throughout the Canada ecosystem by consuming it via a monorepo hosted in a private npm registry. He has also created small Node.js microservices for various requirements. Reetam is skilled in software engineering, JavaScript, web development, frontend development, microservices, CI/CD, Azure, UI, NodeJS, DevOps, and integration. He has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from JIS College of Engineering. He also holds an HSC Class XII Diploma in Computer Science from Aditya Academy (Senior Secondary) and an SSC Class X degree in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from Aditya Academy (Secondary).
