Reetu Desai is a software engineer with a passion for problem-solving and programming. She strongly believes that problem-solving is the root of her passion for work and programming enables her to achieve it. As a software engineer, she is inspired to build better solutions, solve problems, focus on the future, embrace changes, and most importantly, evolve continuously. Reetu graduated with a Bachelor's in Engineering in 2017 and began her journey to explore, inspire, and build better. She has since focused on expanding her knowledge base and has developed technical skills in frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, JUnit, and Hibernate. She is proficient in programming languages like Java and SQL and has experience using tools like Eclipse, VS Code, Oracle SQL Developer, Maven, Jira, and Service Now. She is also well-versed in Agile Methodologies like Scrum and SAFe. Reetu is adaptable, a quick learner, inquisitive, responsible, and restorative, making her a valuable asset to any organization. She has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at L&T, where she ensured consistent agile delivery through timely development in two-week iterations. She also provided production support for effective incident resolving and efficiently worked as an onsite coordinator with Product owner and SME for requirement analysis and gathering. Currently, Reetu is a Software Engineer at Baker Hughes, where she continues to hone her skills in Python, Apache NiFi, and other technologies. She loves to explore new and different tech stacks and believes that technology is the next step towards better living. Reetu has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from SIES College in Information Technology, and she also studied at S.V.P.T's, Thane. Her relevant experience in the field of software engineering is 5.60 years. Reetu is always open to new opportunities and is eager to contribute her skills and add value to any organization.
