She is currently serving as the Executive Director at JP Morgan Chase & Co., where she leads the Software Engineering team. Rekha is a visionary leader who believes in building technology solutions for enterprise success with a transformative and Continuous Improvement (CI) lens. Rekha holds a Masters (Hons) in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. She has over 26 years of relevant experience in the field of Software Engineering.
