He is responsible for implementing the right tools and processes for optimized recruitment and maintaining data in ATS. In the past, Rennel has worked as a Creative Brand and Web Manager at GrowPro Consultants, where he facilitated one-to-one coaching, mentoring, and group trainings to support eager individuals and corporates to push boundaries and grow beyond their best yet. Rennel holds a Master of Computer Applications from Manipal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Mysore Makkala Koota and Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara College For Women, Mysore.
