Renu Chowdary is a driven and passionate CX professional with a talent for exploring diverse opportunities. Prior to her current role, Renu worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at incture technologies, where she was responsible for driving disparate strategic initiatives from the CEO's office independently as well as collaboratively. She was involved in sales hiring and sales talent strategy to support FY 2020-21 goals, driving initiatives on pricing strategy, margin management strategy, incentive policy for the sales team, and redefining proposal and deal approval processes along with respective teams and CEO. Renu also worked as an Account Executive - Success Factors at SAP, where she managed SAP Success factors and related services to prospective and existing Mid-Market customers in Gujarat to embark them on a digital transformation journey. She focused relentlessly on demand generation activities, drove software revenue to achieve business goals and sales quota, and established territory and/or account strategies leveraging targeted sales plays. Renu holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amrita University, Amritapuri Campus.
