Renu Malik is a seasoned Technical Recruiter with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She is currently working as a Recruiter-II at Amazon, where she is responsible for hiring Software Development Engineers, Software Development Managers, and Product Development Managers for the CTPS team. Renu is actively involved in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and making offers. Prior to working at Amazon, Renu worked as an Account Manager/Recruiter at Brickred Systems and as a Recruiter at Syntel. In both roles, she was responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment and resourcing of junior and senior professionals. Her experience includes briefing candidates on company profiles, mobilizing human resources through various means, scheduling walk-in drives, and posting job openings on different job sites. Renu holds an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from IIMT Engineering College, Meerut, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from R.G. Degree College, Meerut.
