Rhonda Taylor is a Director of Analyst and Influencers Relations for Fuel50, an award-winning platform that serves Career Pathing, the Talent Marketplace, and Internal Mobility. She is also responsible for overseeing Fuel50 Boutique Partners globally, located in the UK, Finland, Sweden, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the USA, and Canada. Rhonda is a master at problem-solving and enjoys making "your future my passion" while working at Fuel50. Apart from her professional life, Rhonda is a forerunner in the women's hockey program. She was the first woman to sit on the CAHA Board of Directors and lobbied to remove Intentional Checking from the female game. She also fought to have a vote in their National Game. Rhonda lives to bring equality and equity for all in the workplace and in sports. Currently, Rhonda is the President of Offside, a company that strives to ensure equality in Sports, whether it's media fairness, pay equity, equal opportunity, plus much more. Women's Ice Hockey is in their DNA. Rhonda has over 24 years of relevant experience. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Geography from Queen's University in 1976. Rhonda has also completed IBM Level three of their sales program, Smart Serve, and attended Kingston Collegiate and Vocational Institute.
