Ricardo Silva is an experienced Software Engineer with over 11 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, he works as an Azure App Services Support Engineer at Microsoft, where he uses his expertise to provide technical support to customers using Azure App Services. Prior to his current role, Ricardo worked at OutSystems in various capacities, including as a Lead Technical Support Engineer and Product Support Engineer. In these roles, he was responsible for troubleshooting platform-related issues, mentoring team members, and interfacing with R&D in platform design. He also played a key role in improving troubleshooting tools and processes for the OutSystems Platform and identifying and automating PaaS-wide backend tasks. Ricardo holds a Master's degree and a Licenciatura in Computer Engineering from faculdade de ciências e tecnologia da universidade nova de lisboa - fct nova.
