Richa Mahajan is a highly creative and passionate HR professional with over 12 years of corporate experience. She is currently the Head of People Operations for India, China, and the UK at graduate management admission council™ (gmac™), where she works with a mission to create a valued employee experience and a happy workplace. Throughout her career, Richa has managed various HR functions, including business partnering, employee engagement, employer branding, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, campus hirings, learning and development, HR policies and programs, and HR operations. Her experience working with different multinational companies and cultures has given her a global perspective towards the needs of people and made her more culturally aware. Richa is deeply convinced that the culture of an organization is one of the key contributors to the productivity and development of its employees. She has a proven track record of creating value-driven employee experiences through employee engagement and process designing. She is skilled in managing stakeholders, business partners, and operation vendors, and has experience managing expats related processes and operations centrally. In terms of education, Richa has pursued an MBA in Human Resource Management from ibs and is currently pursuing ICF Life Coaching from Cocoweave ICF Coaching. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Kathak from Pracheen Kala Kendriya Chandigarh and a B.E. in Computer Science from MBS College of Engineering and Technology.
